What it connects​

Telegram connects a company bot to employee receipt submission.

What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Links Telegram users to company employees through link codes.
  • Receives receipt images from chat.
  • Routes accepted documents into receipt review.

Requirements​

Have the company bot setup ready and decide who may generate employee link codes.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Telegram.
  3. Connect or confirm the company bot.
  4. Generate employee link codes.
  5. Send a test receipt image through Telegram.

First sync checks​

Confirm the submitted receipt appears under the expected employee and workspace.

Daily use​

Use Telegram for receipt submission when employees already use chat-based workflows.

Troubleshooting​

If a receipt is not linked correctly, generate a new employee link code and repeat the submission.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting the bot stops new Telegram receipts. Existing imported documents remain in Igdrasil.
