Invoicing
What this screen is for
Invoicing is for customer-facing invoice work. Use it to review customer records, prepare outgoing invoice details, and follow the accounting state tied to sales.
Before you start
Confirm the customer, invoice date, due date, sales amount, VAT treatment, and any supporting agreement or delivery evidence.
Basic walkthrough
- Open Invoicing from the Platform tab.
- Find or create the customer record that matches the invoice work.
- Review invoice details before they become accounting input.
- Check whether the invoice is ready for sending, follow-up, or bookkeeping.
- Move completed sales work into the next accounting step.
What to check next
Use Bookkeeping when the invoice needs ledger review. Use Reports to confirm sales activity appears in the expected reporting view.
