Google Drive

What it connects​

Google Drive will connect shared document folders to Igdrasil source files, reports, and close packages.

What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Imports source files from mapped folders.
  • Exports reports and month-end packs to selected Drive locations.

Requirements​

Decide which Drive folders represent invoices, receipts, reports, and close packages.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Google Drive.
  3. Review the planned folder mapping workflow.
  4. Like the integration if it should be prioritized.

First sync checks​

When enabled, test one import folder and one export folder before moving normal monthly work into Drive.

Daily use​

Use Drive mappings when documents already arrive in shared folders or reports need to be published outside Igdrasil.

Troubleshooting​

If files appear in the wrong place, review the folder mapping and account used for authorization.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting stops future Drive import and export actions. Existing Igdrasil documents remain in the workspace.
