What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Links finance workflow exceptions to Jira issues.
  • Adds ticket references to audit and control evidence.

Requirements​

Decide which Jira projects and issue types should be available to finance users.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Jira.
  3. Review the planned control-evidence workflow.
  4. Like the integration if it should be prioritized.

First sync checks​

When enabled, link one finance exception to a Jira issue and confirm both sides show the expected context.

Daily use​

Use Jira links when finance follow-up depends on operational or engineering tasks.

Troubleshooting​

If too many issues appear, narrow the Jira project or issue-type mapping.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting stops future Jira linking. Existing Igdrasil records keep their stored issue references.
