What it connects​

Shopify will connect store orders, returns, fees, VAT, and payout activity to Igdrasil.

What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Imports orders, refunds, taxes, fees, and payout records.
  • Prepares commerce activity for ledger review and bank reconciliation.

Requirements​

Know which store, payment methods, VAT treatments, and payout accounts should map to the company ledger.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Shopify.
  3. Review the planned order accounting workflow.
  4. Like the integration if it should be prioritized.

First sync checks​

When enabled, compare one payout against Shopify orders, refunds, and fees before using it for monthly close.

Daily use​

Use Shopify imports to turn store activity into reviewed accounting events.

Troubleshooting​

If totals do not match, compare payout timing, refunds, taxes, and payment fees.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting stops future Shopify imports. Reviewed evidence remains in Igdrasil.
