Bank connections

What it connects​

Bank connections use Enable Banking to connect live PSD2 bank feeds to Igdrasil.

What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Imports bank accounts and transactions.
  • Schedules recurring transaction sync.
  • Feeds bank matching and reconciliation workflows.

Requirements​

Have access to the bank account and be ready to complete the bank consent flow.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Bank connections.
  3. Start the bank consent flow.
  4. Authorize the account in the bank interface.
  5. Return to Igdrasil and enable scheduled sync.

First sync checks​

Open Bank Transactions and confirm the account, latest transactions, dates, and balances match the bank.

Daily use​

Let scheduled sync keep transactions fresh, then review matches from Bank Transactions or Bookkeeping.

Troubleshooting​

If transactions stop updating, renew bank consent and rerun sync for the affected account.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting stops future bank imports. Previously imported transactions remain available for matching and audit review.
