Bokio

What it connects​

Bokio connects reviewed Igdrasil journal entries to a selected Bokio company.

What Igdrasil imports or exports​

  • Stores the Bokio API token and company ID.
  • Exports approved voucher data from Igdrasil.

Requirements​

Collect the Bokio API token and target company ID before setup.

Connect steps​

  1. Open Workspace, then Integrations.
  2. Select Bokio.
  3. Enter the API token and company ID.
  4. Save the connection.
  5. Confirm the status before exporting.

First sync checks​

Run a small export and confirm the voucher appears under the intended Bokio company.

Daily use​

Use the connection only for reviewed entries that are ready for external accounting handoff.

Troubleshooting​

If the connection fails, verify the company ID and replace the stored API token.

Disconnect and data handling​

Disconnecting removes export access and leaves existing Igdrasil records intact.
